Booking & Payment
Your session is confirmed once a deposit is paid. Remaining balance is due before or on the day of your session.
Children & Supervision
All children must be supervised at all times by a parent or legal guardian. The photographer is not responsible for supervising children or their behaviour.
Safety & Participation
All sessions are participated in at your own risk. Dream Catcher Photography Melbounreis not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during sessions.
Creative Play & Safety Notice (Fairy Garden Sessions)
Our Fairy Garden sessions include magical, hands-on “potion making” and sensory play experiences using natural, non-edible materials such as vinegar, bicarbonate soda, eco glitter, mica powder, slime, small crystals, and other decorative elements.
For safety:
- All materials are strictly NOT for consumption
- Some items may pose a choking hazard
- Constant parent or guardian supervision is required at all times
- Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their child’s safety and participation
Additional elements such as children’s face glitter and temporary tattoos may be used. These are applied using cosmetic-grade products; however:
- Avoid contact with eyes and mouth
- If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately
- If product enters the eyes, rinse gently with clean water
By participating in these sessions, you acknowledge and accept that all activities are undertaken at your own risk.
Liability Waiver
By booking, you accept full responsibility for your child’s safety and release Dream Catcher Photography from liability related to participation in sessions and activities.
Image Use
Photos may be used for portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
