Booking & Payment
Your session is confirmed once a deposit is paid. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your session.
Children & Supervision
All children must remain under the direct supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian at all times throughout the session. Supervision from parents is required at all times.
Safety & Participation
All sessions are participated in at your own risk. Dream Catcher Photography Melbourne is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during sessions.
Creative Play (Magic Potions, Glitter & Activities)
Some sessions may include creative and sensory play elements. For full details regarding these activities, materials used, and safety information, please refer to the Fairy Garden Experience Terms & Conditions page.
Allergies & Small Props
Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before your session. Some props (including small crystals) may pose a choking hazard — supervision from parents is essential.
Liability Waiver
By booking, you accept full responsibility for your child’s safety and release Dream Catcher Photography Melbourne from liability related to participation in sessions and activities.
Image Use
Photos may be used for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
